Michael Anderson has handled and been around Racing Greyhounds for the best part of thirty years. Formerly Head Lad for Maurice Masseyat OxfordMichael knows the ins and outs of a Racing Dog like the back of his hand. It was during his time at Oxford that he and Pat Curtin first met. Pat also worked for the Massey Team before moving on to be Head Lad at Litzi Millers. When Pat took out his licence he knew the importance of having the right people around him so when the oppotunity presented itself to have Michael on his Team he jumped at the chance .Mick, Pat & Liz have always got on famously and work brilliantly as a team. They know each other and each others ways and found the right formula to utilise their qualities in he bes manner for the dogs in their care. they formthenucleus of the kennel and all the other staff bounce off them.
Mick (as he prefers to be known) has many qualities, but the biggest are his attention to detail and his reliability. Mick is an 'ever present'and rarely misses a day, He is at his happiest with a Greyhound in his hand and loves the massage and grooming part of the training program. He also prides himself on being able to note when a dog is 'coming to hand' and constantly observes them during exercise. Mick has helped here for the best part of a decade and is a great Pal ofLiz and Pats. He is well liked by the Owners and is just a really sound Man in every way, Lilypad Racing are lucky to have him on side.
